:: Two cards for girls turning 40 ::

I have made a little bit larger cards today. I wanted to use Primas Julie Nutting mixed-media doll stamps and they are tall! This first card is for a girl who like fashion and interior design. I think a clean and simple stylish card will fit her personality. A mix of papers from my scrap box. I used a edge punch from Martha Stewart, letters from Papirdesign. I used my Copics for the Doll stamp.
I also used the technique that I think is called paper-piecing for her clothes. I stamped the image one more time and fussy cutted the skirt and the short jacket. For the clothes I used papers from Papirdesign. I added Glossy Accent for her shoes and Stickles on her headbands.

My second card is for a girl who likes pink and the Eorovision Song Contest. Here I wanted glitter and glamour to fit her personality. I used a different mixed-media Doll from Prima and I used the same technique with the clothes. The edge punch is from Fiskars and my letters from Doodlebug Designs. The banner die is from Cheery Lynn and I also used rhinestone swirls from Prima. And of course I needed lots of flowers and glitter!

Both cards are simply fabulous, but I especially love the second one. The banner on that one is so pretty.
