I´m so happy to show you my very first work as a Designer for Once Upon A Sketch! I will be part of team two and reveal at the 15th every month. This is January challenge 2014.
Journalling Theme: "Lesson learnt..."
You are free to interpret our theme ANY WAY you like. It is for your inspiration and this theme word DOES NOT need to be part of your title or journalling. But please make sure your layout is based on the sketch below and includes journalling (hidden journalling is fine). Acceptable journalling is MORE than just a sentence, or generic writing such as date/place etc. It needs to be present and at least 3 lines long. Remember, hidden journalling (under a photo/tag or behind your page) is perfectly fine but please DO let us know in your post where your journalling is!
I made a wild and crazy page! Got inspired by the teal color that I love so much. I played on a Kraft sheet and used Gesso, Mist, Acrylic Ink, stamps, white opaque flakes and a pen.
Flowers from Prima, Wild Orchid and Strömstad Scrapbooking. The stars are some older ones from Prima.
They are so cuuute!
My journaling is about how I try to take it more easy when Christmas arrives. Not everything needs to be perfect! I try to do the things I really love and pass on some traditions to my son. The ones that are most important!
It was abit difficult to take photos of the flakes but I hope that you can see them?
