:: CAS ATC with fishes ::

I continued making some onelayer ATC and today fishes are the theme :)

I used 13arts Rainbow Color Duo Pistachio Green and Turquoise for my background. The fishes are stamped with white embossing powder before I added the Rainbow powder. The words are rub-ons from Melaissa Frances. I really like using rub-ons on thos kind of work. I will never get a bad print!

For my blue cards I used same fishes from TGR or Flying Tiger but this time I used black embossing powder. The background are different shades of bue Distress Ink.
I wanted them a bit darker so I dabbed randomly with Archival Ink in black. I used a stamp with bubbles from You Do and also some really old rub-ons in black and white. The words are rub-ons from Melissa Frances. I have a whole box with rub-ons and I really love to use them on my mixed-media projects! I´m so happy that I have a really big pile of them!

:: Silver Sweet - ATC Color Challenge ::

Today I have some silver ATC to show you. I´don´t work with all metallic that much but boy was this fun! I rellay love how they turned out! This is the third color I have created for my ATC Color Challenge 2017. Want to join me? Look for #atccolorchallenge2017 at Instagram.

I started with the Stencil called Crackle from Prima. Then I added Heavy Gesso and Art Alchemy Acrylic Paint Metallique Silver Spoon both from Prima Marketing. I buy most of my supplies from Prima at Pyssloteket in Stockholm.

When my background was dry I started my treasure hunt in boxes and my drawers for fun embellishments. I find two wooden frames from a box with frames in two different sizes. The box is called Wood Icons Delight. The larger frames was a good fit here. But I still lacked one frame so I used one in Resin I had left from a class with Frank Garcia. I painted the frames with the same paint as my backgrounds and I also used some Metallique Wax Old Silver.

After attaching the frames with Art Basic 3d Matte Gel I added lots of Glass Glitter Sterling and Micro beads in silver. I also used some loose silver glitter from Finnabair. ON thos ATC I used a Resin frame. I think both the Acrylic Paint and Waxes has really good coverage!

For this ATC I painted some flat flowers in the Silver Spoon Paint. I also used a piece from the Sunrise Sunset Collection with Mechanicals Vintage Trinkets. This one was in copper but I used my Wax and changed it into silver. The key from Prima Ingvild Bolme is called Junkyard Findings Vintage Keys. And last I added a metallic knob on the key and the metallic Jeans plates all from Prima. Of coures! I use Ranger Glossy Accent when I attach metallic embellishments.

I needed the flowers under the metallic plate to get it steady and solid. Here you can also see the little knob on the key. Every detail and layer makes it more fun to look at!

On this ATC I used one large metallic flower and one smaller from the Sunrise Sunset Mechanicals set. On the smaller flower I used the same knob as on the ATC above here. I found a package with really cool embellishments looking as pendants and I used one of them here. The arrow stickers are from Tim Holtz and called Metallic Borders.

:: ATC - Color Challenge 2017 Pink ::

It really is time to have a new color in my ATC Color Challenge 2017!
I love pink so my color choice was easy! Hope you like my ATC and that you also want to join in! You find the challenge at Instagram. Follow the #atccolorchallenge2017 and #atccolorchallenge2017pink.

For my background I used pink papers from a 6x6 Bo Bunny paperpad. I added gesso with a floral patterned stencil from Prima. I wanted a romantic and bright feeling.

Next step was to add even more texture. I used a grid tape that is for wallpaper work, I think it gest a cool effect and it´s very affordable. It lasts very long also!

I added white sisal and Art-stones from Prima.

The chipboard is from Wycinanka and very cute! I was really anxious to paint the birds on my chipboard! I wanted them pink and I´m really not good at paint at all! Finally I think they turned out pretty darn cute!

I wanted to have a bit more embellishment around the circle so I added the flowers and some Art-stones from Prima. I also sprinkled both small and large flakes glitter in white and white with iridescent effect.

I want the word for the chosedn color on my ATC and named the edition Pink Spring. I just love the small letter stickers from Adornit. I bought lots of them a couple of years ago. I´m not sure if you can find them still?

:: Tall Flowers ATC´s ::

I made some backgrounds by using a 12x12 heavy cardstock and different sprays a while ago. It really good to have some backgrounds ready when you are in a mood for making some ATC´s.

 I found this really cute tall flower stamp among my older stamps. It´s a set from Autumn Leaves Rhonda Farrer and are called Flowers. I colored the flowers with my Copics. I only added some stitching in black with my sewing machine some Ranger Stickles and Glass fillers from 13arts.

:: ATC - 2017 Color Challenge Green ::

I came up with an idea that I will create ATC´s in different colors during 2017. And then I thought it would be fun if others would join me! If you have Instagram you find the challenge under #atccolorchallenge2017 and #atccolorchallenge2017green. It´s extra fun if you also tag me @ulrikablomfelt. It would be so much fun if you also joined in! And make sure to spread the challenge!

Here is my first color GREEN!
You can make as many card as you like. You can make them in any style as you like as long as green is the main color. The only rule besides the colors is that you need to label your cards with the name of the current color. You can see here how I did with GREEN. You can trade them with any one you like or you can just keep them.

 I couldn´t make up my mind what looked best. The dark or the light background so I used both :)

 I started with a green patterned paper and stamped randomly with green, brown and black. My favorite stamp pads for Mixed-media is Archival Ink. I used stamps from Prima and Darkroom Door.

 Then I inked the corrugated cardboard with Distress Ink Peeled Paint. I painted my trees from Wycinanka with 13arts Acrylic Ink Splash Green Glitter. I also used ephemera pieces from Prima.

 Around the edges I used green glitter and green Mica flakes. I used 13arts Gel Medium to attach the glitter and Mica flakes. My stickers are from My Mind´s eye. Gold thread from my stash.
