:: Time for some flowers ::

My beautiful flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts has been calling for some attention for quite some time now! I saw a challenge at the Swedish Copic blog and finally I gave my flowers some love!

 I just love this color combination! I really hope spring will come soon! Today the sky is white with snow! I´m so over the winter now!!!

I think I will add a couple of flowers on the left side. When I look at photos now I want the flower cluster to go further down along the lilac frame.

 I also regreat that I didn´t use my sewing machine around my image! Oh well maybe I´m too picky?

:: Easter ATC Part Two ::

I wish you all a warm and creative Valentine!

Although it´s Valentines day or Alla Hjärtans dag in Swedish I have more Easter ATC to show you.

I will show you even more Easter ATC the following days and for all of them I used super cute images from Melissa Frances called Spring Die cuts.

For this card in peach, orange and gold colors I used a girl holdning a Easter egg.

I mixed flowers from Prima with Glass Beads, Art Stones and Star Shaped Gold Seaquins.

:: My very first project for Wild Orchid Crafts ::

I´m so happy to show you my very first dt project for Wild Orchid Crafts! I decided to make a layout with purple and lilac colors because they are Viggos favorite colors. I used a paper from Bo Bunny called Garden Party Fragrant. For my background I used two different stencils. One is from Prima and called Poppies and the other is from Tim Holtz and called Stripes. I used Prima Heavy Gesso with the stencils. To get more color at my background I used Glimmer Mist Pop Rocks and Fully Purple from Tattered Angels. I also used Distress Paint Shaded Lilac. The stamps are from Prima and Darkroom door. For my stamping I used Archival Ink Jet Black.

 In my first kit from Wild Orchid Crafts I got a lot of beautiful flowers and some cute embellishments! 

The flowers I used for my layout are called:

 I love to use thread or Sissal together with flowers! Here I used both black and gold thread.

 I painted my white doves called GST-172 with black Gesso and the nwith my fingertips I added Prima Metallique Wax Vintage Gold. The black twigs behind my flower are chipboards from Wycinanka painted with black gesso. 

:: Happy Birthday Card ::

It feels like it was ages ago I created a card with a stamped image on! And even longer since I used my beloved stamps from Hänglar and Stänglar. So finally here is one card!

 I used a cute stamp from the 2006 Autumn club set. To get a polkadot dress I used my Misti and stamped the image one more time on a patterned paper from Papirdesign.

 I colored my image with my Copics. My flowers are from Prima Marketing, Petaloo, Wild Orchid Crafts and I am Roses.

 I think it´s really fun that you can buy chipboards from Wycinanka with Swedish words!

 The dies I used are Spellbinders Nestabilities Petit Ovals Small, Spellbinders Nestabilities Petit Scalloped Ovals Small, Spellbinders Nestabilities Floral Ovals and Spellbinders Borderabilities Curved Border Two. The papers I used are Pion Design A Day in May Beige Ornament, Papirdesign Forventning Vakre Blomster och Maja Design Summer Crush He Gives Her Flowers. I also used my sewing machine around the edges.

For my title I used a chipboard sentiment from Wycinanka. I used Prima Metallique Wax Bronze Age to get a bit more brown color. Then I added one coat of clear Ranger Embossing Powder. Last I added a tiny tint bit of loose glitter from Finnabair.

:: ATC - Steel Magnolias ::

Today I have four more ATC to show you. I found some metallic flowers when I arranged my studio during the summer and wanted to use them.

It was a bit hard to take good photos because it´s so many layers and sparkles. I hope you get a feeling how they look despite the bad photos :( 

I started with a background made in different blue shades with Acrylic inks from 13arts and Liquitex. Then I painted my chipboards called Floral Designs from Wycinanka with teal acrylic paint from Ranger Studio. I used tons of glass fillers, micro beads and different glitters. I also added a bit darker Ink around the chipboards. In the center of every metallic flowers I added a gold Enamel dot from American Crafts. 

:: I´m back with some new ATC ::

Finally back with a new post here in my blog! I have created a bit during our vacation but was to lazy to take photos ;) Here are some ATC called Amazing Nature. 

 I found some backgrounds I made earlier and covered almost all of it with burlap ribbon. Then I misted white Sisal with Color Bloom Lime Wedge and Emerald. I also sprayed my Chipboards from Wycinanka with some sprays. I added some metallic mechanicals, glitter, Prima Art-Stones and stickers from Adornit. 

:: More ATC with Washitape backgrounds ::

Here I embellished a little bit more than yesterdays ATC´s. I used a stencil from Tim Holtz and a Chipboard from Wycinanka. I also used Glassfillers from 13arts and loose glitter from Prima. My word stickers are from Tim Holtz.

For the ones above here I used the two in the middle and for the ATC´s below here I used the ones on the left. For the House ATC I made a white wash all over and the I stamped the houses with Staz On Jet Black. The house stamp is from Darkroom Door. I also used my Misti here so I could stamp several times. The background is abit uneaven so you need to stamp more than one time to get a nice image. The stickers are from Tim Holtz and called Metallic Stickers Quotations.

:: ATC and Foil - Tutorial ::

At Pyssloteket we are having a Foil theme for two weeks. I don´t use Foil a lot but I manage to make four ATC and a tutorial :) First I used a embossing folder from WRMK called quilted. Then I used Three different Distress Ink colors.

I started off with the only technique I used before with Foil and that is Prima Rub-ons for Foil.

It worked really well even on the embossed surface.

I needed more shine so I used double-sided tape. I bought this role of double-sided tape for only 19 swedish crowns at Pyssloteket. A bargain!

I think Tim Holtz scissor works really well on double-sided tape.

I wanted to use chipboards on my ATC´s and I had no idea how to get the Foil to stick on the chipboard? Then I remembered that I had this 2 way glue. And It worked really well!

This is how the ATC´s turned out! I think I like them. I´m pleased that I managed to include three different techniques how to use Foil on just one ATC :)

Besides Foil from Prima I used chipboard from Wycinanka, flowers from Prima, Art-stones from Prima, Sisal in black, gold thread from Panduro, black caviar beads, gold glitter and Distress Paint in the same shades as the Distress Ink mini pads.

To get some more depth on the background I sprinkled Distress Paint in Black Sooth.

I used both small and large Art-stones from Prima. I really like that you can paint the stones.

To get some more gold I used a gold thread behind the flowers.

I started to sew around the edges but it was to thick and tough so I used a pen instead.
