:: Spring Fling - ATC ::

More green! I made a bunch of green backgrounds and then I cut some of them in to paper strips and added to my backgrounds. 

I love to use my bottlecaps and here I chose a golden one. I think the yellow Butterflies looks really good with all the green elements. 

I also added some brown flowers from Prima to get some contrasts.

:: Easter ATC´s ::

Last weekend I was at a crop in Avesta. I alsomost never attend challenges at crops beacuse I´m such a slow scrapper. This time one of the challenges was to make 4-10 ATC´s and the theme was "a lot". You was to add as many stuff you could on your cards. That I couldn´t resist!

 I decided to make my cards in a Easter theme and I chosed a green, yellow and white color scheme.

 I made eight ATC´s and turned in four of them for the challenge. It was also a organized swap at the same time so I got four new cards for my four Easter cards.

 I have some older Easter papers left from my time as a designer with Inkido. They are really nice! I punched out details from some vintage pictures and added them to my bottle caps in silver. At the crop we got a goodiebag and I used a paper from Prima from that goodiebag.

I also used white feathers, cheesecloth, lace, twine, gold thread, word stickers, Stickles, flowers, caviar beads, rhinestones, glass half pearls, glitter and gold flitter. I think I managed to add a lot :)

:: Shabby Chic and Vintage Easter ATC´s ::

Lots of photos today :) I made this ATC´s for a swap with friends. The theme was Easter and the technique challenge was shabby chic. I really liked this challenge and I also like my ATC´s!

I wanted really soft pastel colors with cute and soft embellishments.

I found some papers from Inkido with really pretty vintage images. I also used a pink paper with text on also from Inkido. Unfortunately Inkido has closed down and the papers are no longer aviable. I´m so glad that I still have some after being on their Designteam first back in 2009 and then 2013-2014.

Around the cute images I wrapped some gold twine.

All my cards are almost the same but the lace, flowers and bows varies a bit.

To get even more Easter feeling I used some fluffy feathers together with the flowers.

To get that shabby look I distressed all my edges with my Prima distress tool.

I added both glitter and Gesso on the edges and on some of the embellishments.

I found some light pink glass beads in a box and added them here and there.

To get other shapes in my flower cluster I used flower stems.

To get that romantic feeling I used white doilies and two layers of lace behind my images. I made nine cards with five diffrent images so some of them have the same image.

:: Summer ATC´s with lots of lace ::

For some time ago I bought a cute box with stickers in it. Finally I used some of the stickers! 

 I used different sprays from 13arts for my background and also lot of different stamps. 

 I layered two different laces and I also cut out flowers from a third lace. 

 My flowers are from Prima. I added a layer of Multi Medium on the laces and then I sprinkled Ranger Distress Stickles Dry GLitter - Clear Rock Candy all over it. I like the effect that tehcnique give! It almost feels like porcelain. On my stickers I added a layer of Ranger Crackle Accent. I doodled a bit with my black Perma Ball pen and added Ranger Stickles Star Dust on the edges. On all flowers I put a pearl in white and they are from Papirdesign.

It is for your inspiration and this theme word DOES NOT need to be part of your title or journalling. But please make sure your layout is based on the sketch below and includes journalling (hidden journalling is fine). My jouranling is about the big change becoming a mother after years of longing!

I painted some of the Roses with gold mist and added some chunky embossing powder on my title.

:: Inzpira iPad and Inkido card ::

Time for my last project from Inzpira February issue.

This time I have a card created with papers from Inkido.

It´s actually really clean and simple with only layers of papers. I added 3d pads and stitches.

I fussy cutted some Butterflies and added white pearls on them.

:: Inzpira iPad and Inkido ::

It was really a cool feeling when the very first Inzpira for iPads came out 15th February!

You can see at the picture who are on the team! Tomorrow a new issue will be out so don´t miss out on that!

Each Designer create three projects each and this are my first of three.

I used papers from Inkido.

Flowers from both Inkido, Prima and Petaloo.

Layers of lace, flowers, bling and doilies.

:: Viggos first Ice cream ::

This page is for Inkido Challenge February. It´s a really nice Mood board to get inspired from! Come join us! My page is about Viggos first ice cream.

Behind my photo I used some heart shaped doilies and then I layered stripes of Inkido papers and a fabric tape. 

For my background I used my Brick stencil and Gesso. I also sprinkled with black Acrylic Ink and added some black Rhinestones.

For my flower clusters I used pink and a deep red. The cute heart pins are aslo from Inkido.

:: Cute Bird Tags ::

Finally something new in my blog! Me and my family came down with a really bad flue last week and have been really sick! I hate feeling that low! No energy to create at all. But lucky me I have some things to show you that I created before we got sick!

Not many of my friends know that I´m a really bird neard! I love all kind of birds and I can be happy a whole day if I get a glimps of one of my favourite birds when I walk the dog.

Here I used papers, lace, Roses and hamp string from Inkido.

I used a circle punch to get my four birds.

For this tag I used a larger picture and added some cute hearts on the lace. All from Inkido.

Inkido has a new collection out! Gorgeous!
