:: Christmas Cards for Wild Orchid Crafts ::

Today I have two cards created for Wild Orchid Crafts. I really like to play with different colors and create in not so traditional colors for Christmas cards.

For this card I used a vintage style image from Tim Holtz. I played with different shades of blue on my flowers and a little bit of green and white.

To get even more wintery feeling I added some Gesso and also some fake snow.

I really love the Trellis Roses! Gorgeous!

For my next card I also used a image from Tim Holtz but this time I went a little bit bolder with my colors! I think gold makes a card really cool and looking a bit fancy!

Besides all pretty flowers I used a die from Rox stamps, gold branches from 13arts, gold lace from Tresors de luxe.

:: ATC´s Gold Branches ::

I guess you´re thinking OMG no more ATC´s ;) ha ha But I like them sooooo much!

Today I have some ATC´s with lots and lots of gold! I think is really pretty with the mauve colors with the gold. 

I used some music paper and acrylic ink for my background. Then I used a large stamp with stripes from Darkroom Door. I also used gold leafs from Panduro. Then I added the gold lace from Tresors de luxe. I painted my chipboard branches from Wycinanka with Martha Stewart paint. I also found some thick gold thread and made some circles with them. The glitter gold star is from Prima.

I used a lot of Glassfillers from 13arts, caviar beads in black, pink and lilac. I also added some pink glitter from 13arts. Last I added Rhinestones on the branch and used word stickers from Cosmo Cricket. I like to use a black pen on and around my stickers.

:: Tag in gold and blue ::

Enjoy your everyday life! Important words to live by! Not easy but important!

I made this Tag for the Mini challenge at More than words. You find this challenge at their facebook page. Hope you like my Tag :)

I think it turbned out really nice! The colors are great together and it feels a bit regal!

First I covered the Tag with patterned paper from Prima. I added three different Washi tapes. 

Then I found a golden doilie and the pretty golden lace from Tresos de luxe. 

I decided that blue and brown flowers looked really nice with the gold and added flowers from Prima and Petaloo. 

The letters are from American Crafts.

To get some cool textures and effects I used Caviar beads in blue and gold, gold flakes, Stampendous Aged Embossing Enamel Gold, clear glass beads, Prima Memory Hardware Glass Pearls, Prima Glass Glitter Gold Rush and glitter.

I painted my Chipboards with Martha Stewart acrylic paint gold. The word stickers are from Tim Holtz. 

Just love this cool effects with all layers and effects!

:: Romantic tag ::

Lucky me I attended a crop in Uppsala a month ago! My blog would be so empty otherwise!

I took on three different challenges that day and that is much for a slow scrapper as me! The last challenge was to make three tags in different styles. You was to make one romantic, one cool and one in mixed-media style. This is my romantic one. I will not show you the cool one because it was a bit sloppy perfomed due to lack of time. I will show you the Mixed-media tag soon.

I used papers from Prima and layered them up. I also added Stickles at the edges and rhinestone swirls. The pretty flowers are from the amazing shop Tresord de luxe. Really posh flowers! The lady is fussy cutted from a Prima paper.

I actually won this challenge :) Yay!

:: Apple of my eye ::

With this layout I take on the Berry71Blue May challenge. The Mood Board was about Motherhood.

Me and my hubbie waited for twelve long years before we became parents. So for me my husband play a huge part in me being a mother. I just love seeing my most loved persons together. It makes my heart flutter with joy! I was inspired by all the black and white photos on the Moodboard besides the theme.

My flowers are from Tresor de Luxe and Prima.

On the Chipboard apple and heart that is from Blue Fern Studios I added black paint and a glitter black paint from Pyssloteket called Deco Art Glamour Art Dust Glitter Paint.

For my title I used the same paint as on the Apple. All chipboards on my page is from Blue Fern Studios. Love all their products!

For my background I used a brick stencil with gesso. Then I added spray from Heidi Swapp and Acrylic Ink with water.

:: Sweet As Candy Layout published in Inzpira ::

A couple of days before Christmas back in 2008 Viggo was baptised. I love this photos that my sweet friend Helene Larsson took of Viggo. I used laces and flowers from Tresors de Luxe for this page.

The chipboard is from Dusty Attic and I colored it with different pink shades from Martha Stewart craft paint. I also added some Stickles to get some sparkle.

Just look at this flowers! Gorgeous!

The large green one has the most pretty middle!

The white flower is from Prima.

This pink flower is one of my favorites from Tresors de Luxe!

:: Large Tresors de Luxe Cupcake published in Inzpira ::

This gigantic paper and lace cupcake was published in the August issue of Inzpira.

I created it with gorgeous lace and flowers from Tresors de Luxe.

I added a tag that you can pull up and leave a cute message on.

Just look at all this yumminess! The golden lace is just to die for!

Because it´s so much that going on here on my cupcake I only used one flower. But I choose a large pretty flower that really makes a statement!

I tied a bow in golden ribbon on the tag and I also draped some pearl ribbon.

All papers are from Prima. You can see here how many layers I used to build this cupcake. The cupcake is  about 15 by 15 centimeters big.

:: Lace scraps turns into ornaments with Tresors de Luxe ::

I got the most amazing package with laces from Lucy at Tresors de Luxe when I got my design package! I would never dream about let my kid cut in those laces but I also think it´s sad to not use every little bit of them. When I got some small pieces left I dressed some styrolit balls with them. First I painted the balls with Gesso then I added pieces of lace with Multi Medium. I let it dry and then I paint them in Acrylic paint. Here I used paint from Martha Stewart. The metallic gold is to die for! I also added some Inka Gold and Stickles.

This ornamnents are perfect to do with your kids for christmas!

:: Lace Bottle for Tresors de Luxe ::

Glass bottles are often very cheap to buy and perfect to alter!

Here I turned a ordinary bottle into a lace dream! I will fill it with bath salts and it will be a perfect gift!

I painted the lid with light blue Martha Stewart acryliv paint. Then I dressed it with some pearls. Around the bottleneck I used a beautiful beaded ribbon. All laces and ribbon are from Tresors de Luxe!

To fill the empty spaces between the lace I cut out flowers from a lace. I used Multi Medium and a Hot Glue Gun to attach my laces. For the pearls I used Glossy Accents.
