:: Hobbyworld September Challenge Part three ::

This is the last challenge week at Hobbyworld and the third challenge. This week you was to use a different shape on a card. Square or rectangular was not allowed. You also have to use the classical Autumn colors red, yellow and orange. And you must aslo use a Spellbinder die. I think I have done the challenge with verve! All on the "must list" is checked off.

My creative journey went from a tree to a flower and ended up with this round Easel Card.
I love it! My very first round Easel card :)

It took me some a substantial time to create this but I really want to feel good about all my work. The bottom piece has eleven layers ;)

This cute lady I found at Mo Manning and I fell head over heels in love with her! I have colored her with my Copics. Instead of a title on the card I have space under the card for some words. I wanted my round lady to shine all by herself!

On each of  the flowers I added a tiny pearl.

If I unfold the card this is how it looks. You can see the whole flower on the bottom. I have used three different sizes of a leaf die from Spellbinders. Two sizes of a circle die and two sizes of a scallop circle die. Both from Spellbinders. The Doily is a die from Cheery Lynn. The middle of the yellow flower is a die from Marianne and the red piece a punch. I have used chalk on all the edges. To get even moore depth I used 3d pillows and used my sewing machine.
