If you follow my blog and my creative work you know I have a soft spot for flowers! But I also love to take on a fun challenge! So when I saw Scrapki February challenge I just couldnt resist it! The challenge was to create a masculine project. This is my first take on Scrapki challenges and I´m really happy that I found them! Fab team and fun challenges! I will for sure take on more challenges!
I took this photo of my little man in August 2015. He was just about to turn seven and start his first year in "real" school. Just like his father he looove cars! At the marina were we have our boat they have car meetings every week during the summer and they are so fun to attend for Viggo!
I found a orange paper from Echo Park Paradise Beach and had a fun time making the background for my photos! I used Gesso, Dina Wakley Heavy Body Acrylic Paing Sky, Martha Stewart Acrlic Paint Indigo, Liquitex Acrylic Ink Phathalocyanine Blue, Ayeeda Ink Splash multipurpose Ink Silver, Liquitex Acrylic Ink Carbon Black, Liquitex Acrylic Ink Titanium White, Glossy Accent. With some of the paint I used a Brayer and some I sprinkled.
My chipboard is from Blue Fern Studios and I painted it with Distress Paint Black Soot. I also added Prima Art Sugar Charcoal.
For more textures I used different stamps from Dark Room Door.
I think the Washi tape is from Tim Holtz?
Last I added some Seaquins from Primas A Victorian Christmas.
